Kent RFU Mini's Chairman Ed Foster has stepped down as Chairman of Mini Rugby in Kent. Citing pressures of work that will prevent him from taking the active role that is needed in the implementation of England Rugby's Age Grade review, Ed has felt this the appropriate time to pass the baton on.
