The votes are in and Head Coach of the 1st XV Tom Carlier has made it to the final three of the competition for the title of Coach of the Year in the Kent Regional Newspapers awards. (Local edition is The Isle of Thanet Gazette) The winner will be announced at a presentation dinner to be held on 15th January 2015 at Eastwell Manor Hotel.
