Congratulations, Thank you and good luck Gary the physio

Congratulations to Gary Metcalfe, the club physio for the past ten years, who was recently appointed physio to the England partially sighted cricket team. Gary runs his own physio business and in recent years this business has grown with various clients including ourselves, Canterbury RFC and Faversham Football club. Unfortunately it is this success which has meant Gary was unable to focus fully on Thanet Wanderers. With the need for full time cover at training and match days, the decision was taken by the committee and coaches that we needed someone who would be exclusively concerned with our own players. As from the end of November Monique Wood will provide our Sports Therapy services. We would like to wish Gary all of the best in his career, and a big thanks to everything he has done for the club over the past ten years.
