The executive committee, in accordance with Rule 8 of the club constitution, have unanimously called an EGM to be held on MONDAY 24TH AUGUST at 6.30pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and seek approval for proposed changes to rule 4 of the constitution concerning the make-up of the Executive Committee. Any proposed amendments submitted will also be considered.
It is hoped the meeting can be held in the Clubhouse. All eligible paid up members are invited to join the meeting but it is essential that you notify peterhawkins2000@yahoo.co.uk of your wish to attend seven days before the meeting. Government regulations on meeting numbers could limit numbers attending in person. Attendance will be possible on the Zoom platform.

The AGM due to be held on 14th August has been postponed with a provisional date of FRIDAY 25TH SEPTEMBER now set also with a 6.30pm start.
