Following a recent RFU Safeguarding audit it was flagged up that we were failing by not having an application form for new volunteers that wanted to help with the Junior section. It was also necessary to have this in place to allow us to gain Club approval for the new process that allows 17 year olds to move up to Senior rugby.
Therefore, with immediate effect, ALL new volunteers will need to complete an application form as well as a DBS check before they can get involved. If anyone has any questions please don't hesitate to contact Annmarie or Kelly, our Safeguarding team.
