Training at home this Sunday - Meet in the changing rooms

This Sunday 8th February 2015 we have a training session at the club. To start the session this week, we are going to have a short learning session in the changing rooms. It is just going to be an informal session and I am just going to run through some of the decisions that we have to make when we approach a ruck or maul. We want the boys to be involved and asked questions so please feel free to prime them to get some questions ready for us. This will be in one of the small changing roooms at the far end of the clubhouse as there are some mini games taking place and those teams will be in the other changing rooms. It will start at 9.45am and we only envisage that lasting 15-20 minutes after which we will get outside and put some of this into practice. Please try and be on time as it should be quite a useful learning opportunity for the boys.
