On Monday 30th April 2018, next season's U16s coaching team started planning for the 2018/19 season. With some of the fixtures already organised by club secretary, Peter Hawkins it was down to business expanding next year's coaching team and the all important fixture list.
The squad will once again be lead by Ian Lodge as Head Coach along with Glenn Leach (forwards), Lee Halliday (defence & skills), Martin Gilham (backs) and Ron Beck (B XV). Dean Marshall will continue in the team manager role.
The squad will look to build on last year's success where they came second in pretty much everything and with proper planning will be looking to take on the biggest teams in Kent.
