This last week has seen the kick-off of rugby after school clubs in primary schools. In partnership with Total Sports Coaching we have delivered after school clubs in Birchington Primary, Minster primary and St Lawrence Primary schools. Over 30 children in years 4.5 and 6 have taken part.
This week the pupils practiced their catching and passing technique as well as some evasive running games and are looking forward to developing more skills in the coming weeks.
The TSC Rugby Academy aimed at getting children aged 4 to 11 playing rugby outside of school will be restarting on Saturdays after a short break over the holiday season. Starting on the 1st February 2020. Ideal for new players or even experienced players looking for a little extra practice.
