Annual General Meeting (AGM)

THANET WANDERERS RUFC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – 20th AUGUST 2021

The annual general meeting (AGM) will be held in the clubhouse and will commence at 7pm with the clubhouse open from 6.30 for registration. All eligible, paid up members are invited to attend and should register with the club’s secretary prior to the meeting.

Members who wish to table resolutions should do so, in accordance with rule 6 of the club constitution, in writing, at least 14 days prior to the AGM to Club Secretary, Peter Hawkins please.

Those wishing to seek election to the Executive committee please advise Peter Hawkins which role they seek election for, together with their Nominator and Seconder, who must have been paid-up members of the club for at least one year. The nomination must be made at least seven days prior to the AGM. They will be added to the list of candidates displayed on this page.
