Amy, Dave's daughter, has advised that the funeral will be held on Friday the 1st of December at 1.45 at Thanet Crematorium, Manston Road, Margate. CT9 4LY. Afterwards, would all friends please gather at the De Ville Hotel, 45 Grange Road, Ramsgate. CT11 9LR.
