Message from Peter Hawkins
It is with regret that I have to inform you that John Carley died this morning.
John was a former Kent President and was a founder of the Kent Rural Leagues.
He was also a member of the Kent Refs Society and his grandson, Matthew, is now an International Referee.
For those who knew him the Funeral details will be provided later.
