Membership of Thanet Wanderers Rugby Union Football Club is on an annual subscription basis with renewals being collected at the start of each playing season, around August / September of each calendar year.
Playing members additionally pay a match fee for every match that they take part in whereas non-playing members are additionally invited to make a Gift Aid Donation to the club and let the club benefit from tax relief due to its community amateur sports club status. Everyone is invited to contribute to the 'touchline bucket' that is carried round on match days.

Thanet Wanderers Rugby Union Football Club additionally offers a family membership package which is on offer at £100 per season. For that one-off price*, you get all the following;
- Membership for all the children in your immediate family (worth £50 each)
